Where do the tenders come from?
We collect notices published by government and public entities on their official portals, such as the National Treasury eTender Publication Portal. Every listing links back to the original source.
Can I download the tender documents here?
Open a tender and choose "Source & RFP documents" to go to the issuing entity's page, where the documents and addenda are published. Downloading from the source gives you the latest version.
How do email alerts work?
Set your filters on the Tenders page and choose "Save as email alert". Free accounts get one alert as a weekly digest; Premium and Platinum get daily alerts.
Do I need to register as a supplier?
In South Africa, departments, municipalities and SOEs require Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration before an award. Other countries' systems are listed under Supplier registration.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Paid packages are billed monthly by card through Paystack. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the month you paid for.
Why do I see prices in dollars?
Visitors outside South Africa are billed in US dollars. If you are in South Africa, change "Prices for" on the Packages page.
