All bidders participating in the RFQ must hand deliver their proposals to: Metrorail, no: 1 Adderley street, 6th Floor, Room 622B, Cape Town. Should you make use of a courier service you need to ensure your bid are delivered before 15 October 2026 at 12h00, NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. When you hand deliver your bid, you need to sign the closing register to record you submission was submitted.
